Education is a key ingredient of peace, as we displace ignorance with knowledge. When people learn what can be done in the world, they become less susceptible to being misled into acts of war or violence.
Connecting across countries, cultures, and continents reminds us that we are all one human family. Ones in a Lifetime is a platform for YOU to propel the mission of world peace through the sharing of ideas, and make some friends along the way!
Economic opportunity allows us to support a family, start a business, or gain financial independence. Making sure that every human being has access to these opportunities is an important part of building a lasting peace.

We’re holding an online charity art auction! The “Pickup Art” in this auction will be made entirely out of found and recycled materials the artists picked up off the ground, and 100% of the proceeds will go toward clean water projects.

Peace-a-Pie
We’re planning to celebrate the International Day of Peace this September with the Peace-a-Pie event! Make a pizza with toppings in the shape of a peace symbol, throw a party with your friends, and send in your pictures and stories!
